Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 건강신념모델을 바탕으로 응급실 간호사의 아동학대 신고의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이다.
방법: 본 연구는 단면 설계를 사용한 서술적 연구로 서울시에 있는 300병상 이상의 종합병원에서 일하는 총 188명의 응급실 간호사들이 이번 연구에 참여했다. 데이터는 기술 통계량, t-검정, 분산 분석, Pearson의 상관 계수 및 IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용한 다중 회귀 분석을 사용하여 분석되었다.
결과: 상관관계 및 회귀분석 결과, 지각된 심각성(β=.14, p=.024), 지각된 장애(β=-.25, p<.001) 및 자기효능감(β=.31, p<.001)은 응급실 간호사의 아동학대 신고 의도에 영향을 미치는 요소였으며, 모델의 설명력은 32.9%였다.
결론: 본 연구의 결과는 아동학대 신고의도와 관련된 연구의 타당한 이론적 근거가 될 수 있는 건강신념모델과 관련하여 새로운 연구방향을 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 응급실 간호사의 아동학대 신고의도를 높이기 위해 영향요인으로 파악된 건강신념모델 개념을 활용한 구체적인 중재의 개발 필요성을 강조하고 기초자료를 제공한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the intention to report child abuse of emergency room nurses based on the health belief model.
Methods: This was a descriptive study that used across-sectional design. A total of 188 emergency room nurses working at general hospitals with more than 300 beds in Seoul participated in the study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA,Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 25.0 program.
Results: Correlations and regression analyses showed that the perceived severity (β=.14, p=.024), perceived barrier (β=-.25, p<.001), and self-efficacy (β=.31, p<.001) were factors influencing emergency room nurses’ intention to report child abuse, and the explanatory power of the model was 33.0%.
Conclusion: The results of this study related to the health belief model, being a valid theoretical basis for child abuse reporting intention research, significantly suggest new research directions in the future. In addition, to increase the nurses' intention to reportchild abuse in the emergency room, the influencing factors identified in this study can be utilized and develop specific interventions using the health belief model.
